Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Location: Fellowship Manor Apartments | Ogden, Utah

Job Description: Apply maintenance and customer service skills to ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet all applicable laws as well as the company’s established standards, and troubleshoot and repair all aspects of the property and its units (plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall). Work may be performed independently or as part of the maintenance team.

Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED equivalent, minimum 1 year of prior apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certified, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Location: Fairview I & II | Marion, OH

Job Description: Overall responsibility for providing support to the property manager including general management and certification/re-certification processes at Section 8 housing properties.

Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, 6 months to one year of experience beneficial, Project Based Section 8 and Tax Credit Experience Required.

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado

Job Description: The property manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a property under 300 units and meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

Experience and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required; some college beneficial, 1-3 years of experience required, Licenses/Certifications: CAM (beneficial), ARM (beneficial), NCHM or Quadel COS (required for Affordable Housing), SCS (required at Tax Credit site), NAHMA Certification (beneficial), real estate license (beneficial), and valid driver’s license required.
